When you visit trueloops.ai, our web server automatically processes technical information that your browser transmits (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in providing a secure, functioning website):

Server log data is used exclusively for technical administration and security (e.g. abuse and attack detection) and is routinely deleted when no longer required for those purposes.

IV. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no tracking or analytics cookies and uses no third-party advertising or analytics services. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and/or our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete this data once its storage is no longer necessary, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

VII. Use and purpose limitation

We use personal data solely for the technical administration of this website and for handling your inquiries. Our employees and any commissioned service providers are bound to confidentiality and to compliance with the GDPR and the Federal Data Protection Act; compliance is reviewed regularly. XI. Privacy in the Trueloops platform

The Trueloops platform — the software our clients use to run engagement and reward campaigns — processes consumer data on behalf of the respective client (brand), who acts as controller; Cocomore AG acts as processor under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). The platform is engineered for GDPR compliance: consent is recorded with every datum, withdrawals propagate deletion, data is hosted in the European Union, and clients can export their data in full at any time. Details are governed by the client agreement and its data processing annex. Where AI-assisted receipt verification is used, receipt images are processed for verification of the specific submission only and are not used to train models; details, including any sub-processors involved, are listed in the client agreement's sub-processor annex.
